Louis is a Senior Project Manager with 11 years’ experience delivering construction, property, and infrastructure projects across New Zealand. He brings strong capability in project delivery, design coordination, procurement, contract administration, construction delivery, and stakeholder management.
His experience spans public and private sector environments, including infrastructure upgrades, commercial development, health, housing, heritage, and fit-out projects. Having worked in both client-side and contractor-side roles, Louis brings a practical understanding of how to guide projects from planning and procurement through to construction and closeout.
Through recent work with Queenstown Lakes District Council, Louis has strengthened his public-sector property and infrastructure delivery experience, supporting wastewater upgrades, carpark planning, subdivision works, and wider capital works projects.
Annisa is an infrastructure resilience and asset management specialist with a strong background in civil and transport engineering, road asset management, data assessment, strategic analysis and long-term investment planning. With experience across research, teaching, and applied industry and development projects, she supports organisations to make informed, practical decisions about infrastructure performance, risk, and future investment.
Her work focuses on infrastructure asset management, economic evaluation, natural hazard adaptation, and decision-making under uncertainty, particularly across transport, water, and other essential networks. Known for her analytical thinking, research capability, and collaborative approach, Annisa is passionate about collaboration and translating complex evidence into clear strategies that support resilient, sustainable, and value-driven outcomes.
